bought these several month ago for $11...was cheapest well-reviewed ones I could find at time on amazon.

Well, my son took them from me - figured I would order new pair - surprised to see they are $7.99, so sharing.

Can't say how long they will last....I used to always buy aquasphere which are made in italy...but those last maybe a season before they get foggy and startleaking.

if I get a season out of these, I'm happy.

Speedo is like Champion or Starter — the brand used to mean consistency and quality, but it's all over the board now.

Not saying you're wrong, just YMMV. Some of the best goggles and masks I've bought have been no-name gambles on Amazon. Same with sunglasses.

Speedo means tiny men's swimsuit to me...

Bought this brand brand before. Utter crap. Somehow you can hardly see anything. Returned them after 1-2 swims.
Go with Speedo from amazon. Single pack will run like $18 on amazon but will last years.
These are useless and will discourage you from swimming.

I swim in an indoor pool (currently closed) and i'd rather swim without them due to distortion/tint/fog/leakage. I really have no idea how they managed to make such a poor product. Just get flat lens clear speedos and it's night and day for not much price difference. Returns are free so you can compare two side by side and send one of them back.
I'd suggest these instead: https://www.amazon.com/Speedo-Van...do+&sr=8-8

For indoor facility clear is the best. If you swim outside in the sun go with smoke.

After about a month or two you may want to get antifog spray. Something like this will do. https://www.dickssportinggoods.co...drpsxxxswe
And follow instructions.

I usually buy a few pair for DD who swims a lot, goggles tend to get messed up, broken or lost anyway. I did buy her a few speedo pairs for $5/ea at a local sports place that's going out of business (Modells [modells.com] if anyone is in New England here - 70% off the whole store!)

I bought three set like this with center clasp in the back and they all broke, not for kids that throw them. Just an FYI

You mentioned aquasphere and I subscribe that it is a good brand. They are made in Italy - and they last for few seasons. You need to maintain them and use antifog before you put them on regardless of what label says (no fogging glass).

Found some on here with prescription lenses once many years ago. Set up a Deal Alert and sadly haven't seen them since. These are about useless for people with vision problems.

I've had 3 pairs for over 2mo now with no issues (other than my son trying to wipe the lenses off with sunscreen on his hands). I think you may be in the minority based on reviews.
