Price eligible for meeting minimum spending requirement is amount paid at checkout after application of all promotions, coupons, instant

I THINK that should give me enough credit for the $30 ink/toner I need to buy to recycle?
I thought they only have basic and premier membership, no plus one anymore??? And the membership is from Jan 1-Dec 31 every year based on your spend last year. Am I not correct??

If your coupon and rewards prorated proportionately you would be just over $31 on the toner, but this is Staples we're talking about. Coupons/rewards could "shift" depending on when/where different items ship.
Edit: I guess you can recycle 20 cartridges without having to spend $1,000 to be premier. Is that biggest benefit?
