The charging hub would be pretty good if it wasn't 4.2A shared across 4 ports, right? (for the USB-A)

I'm returning mine. The USB charging hub makes a weird noise with nothing plugged in, then a different pulsing noise when I charge something. I called CyberPower and the CSR said it's probably defective.
