Speed stick isn't like it used to be. Got some a couple months ago and my pits be stankin about 18 hrs after using. Old spice fresh scent works best for me.

I just wish they still made the plain Irish Springs deodorant in addition to the antiperspirant/deodorant combination. I'm not a fan of the stickiness of the antiperspirant, although I recognize that plenty of folks must prefer since it's still made and the deodorant-only version isn't. I'd be all over this otherwise.

Considering this has aluminum, does it stain your clothing with a brown color around the armpit?

I stayed away from anti-perspirant due to that issue. Wondering if this will have the same problem

Speed stick never worked for me. It was like melted gel in my pits in the Florida heat.

So I always used Degree for Men and bought Speed Stick for my 2nd grader to get him in the habit. I ran out of my Degree and used the 2nd Speed Stick, finding out that it's not that bad - I actually prefer the scent. I take showers around 2 times a day so I wasn't getting my '48 hours' worth out of the much pricier Degree. Speed Stick advertises 24 hours but costs much less. I only noticed during COVID that if I don't shower every day (quarantine, right?) you will start to stink around 24 hours, unlike Degree.
That all being said I bought the initial 4 pk for $4.32 (just checked my past S&S orders) in mid 2019. Stuff trends at Walmart for about $5-6 a 4 pack.

I've tried dozens of different deodorants and anti-antiperspirants. This one has such a strong scent it literally burns my eyes. I threw them away after one use.

Degree Ultraclear Black and White is specifically designed to prevent stains from aluminum. Works well. During the summer put a little more on than usual as it wears off faster than other deodorants in warm weather. Costco has a 5 pack that regularly goes on sale for about $11

Thanks. I'll definitely check it out. I've been using deodorant only and accept being sweaty for the past 2 years since I don't want to continue ruining my clothes.
