For this price, I would get Hisense 58R6E3 with direct LED, dolby vision, true 10bit panel.
Who cares about anything smart TV related on budget TV's. Buy a firestick or Android box. The big thing it's sub $400 for 58" with a decent manufacturer. I really hate comparisons about smart TV features on cheap TV's. It's just a panel at this price. Also most content is so compressed now that unless you're playing 4k Blu-ray you won't see much difference. I want a 12bit 4:4:4 70" TV with 57 wifi antennas for $399.
Connections
3 HDMI Connections
2 USB Connections
1 Component Video Input (shared)
1 Composite Video Input (shared)
802.11AC built-in Wi-Fi

Brickseek doesn't show any within 100 miles (maybe more) of Austin. I did see one listing had it at $248.99.

I am in Austin also, but it does have ship to store or delivery for the OP's price.

This is very budget model, has even worse specs than Samsung 2017 model MU6290. RU7100 has edge lit LED, rather than direct LED. Not a true 10bit panel either. No 802.11ac WIFI (seriously?). Samsung cut corners in their 2019 low end models.

the vizio m series PQ is much better, especially the 558 or 658 model (the one with 90 zones) can't tell you much about OS comparisons as i never use them

This. Even the jankiest $20 streaming stick is better than most systems built into a TV
