It's not about the price. It's about what I personally need. I can't think of a situation where this can become useful. With QC3, you can have a phone fully charged after left it in the bag a bit. With this, my phone would have to be continuously tethered to it.

I think I'm going to cancel my order.
Quick charge is just Qualcomm's brand name. The charger does 15w fast charging. If your phone supports 5v 3a it does not matter.
