If you have some history of heart disease or high triglycerides (an estimated 25 percent of adults in the United States do, according to data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey in 2015), it may be a good idea to take omega-3.
https://www.health.harvard.edu/st...supplement Omega supplementation, if you don't eat fish, is still highly beneficial. That would have been a much better reply — with alternatives that help. I'd personally suggest algae based omegas, like Nordic Naturals.

LabDoor is a decent resource to determine the best supplements and safest through a number of tests. I do suggest people research prior to buying any supplements like OP.

Taking fish oil capsules is useless, it needs to come from eating a fish, just having it in a capsule doesn't help at all, look up the scientific evidence.

CVS, Kroger, Walgreens...they all have a lot of these same vitamins BOGO pretty often. I am not sure if the base price is better here, but worth looking into it you're bored and have time. 😀

Nice deal to stock up on turmeric supplement. Better than the last deal since this version is stronger and has more capsule.

Yes, eat fish and it is good for you but just taking an additional fish oil supplement by itself is useless.
