This may be YMMV, but in my Costco coupon mailer for August, there's an offer on the last page to renew my membership, by Aug. 30, in order to receive a $10 Costco Shop Card.

First I've seen of a renewal deal.

Just passing along!

Thanks, OP, and repped. We're up for renewal in August, and did not notice this in the coupon book. Will look for it now after your heads up!

Is there a code to apply or will the card will be sent automatically if you renew in August?

After not renewing for over a year, I got a $10 off offer in the mail.

However, I don't see this offer in my Costco mailer Frown

After all the posts of people whining about new customer deals only, If you get one of these coupons then this is definitely a slickdeal! Wink

I suppose if you are renewing anyway, but have just been using Costco shop cards no need for membership until they stop that.

On the last page there is a printed code expires Aug 30: awareness code: 22997

You may be able to do it online, app, cs desk, call in who knows, but that is the code perhaps others can confirm same code.

EDIT: Fine print says must renew with Costco rep. probably generic you guys can try it out and report back what states it works in

My membership just expired at the end of July and I didn't get the ad or code in my coupon mailer. I wasn't planning to renew but if it's not a targeted offer then I might.

Sorry. It's a bit of an off topic but how long do you need to wait for receiving new customer signup bonus/credit? TIA.

Missing out on several Costco benefits though. The fee is worth those for regular shoppers. There are many important benefits other than just buying there. But that's better than nothing.

OP please click on Edit>Go Advanced, and add YMMV to your title. You should already have done this since most have reported it does not show in their mailers (not in mine either).
