It's AOC, not best but not some knock off unknown brand either, phrase your questions better so you don't sound so clueless and ignorant.

I purchased this monitor a few weeks ago at this price and also purchased the pre order Acer (CB272U) from Costco. After doing a side by side comparison I decided to return the Acer. The Acer was brighter and photos looked more vibrant but text appeared slightly sharper on the AOC and I will be using it for primarily office work. If they were the same price I would have kept the Acer but at roughly half the price the AOC was a much better value. I used them as externals on my MacBook and highly recommend a thunderbolt to display port cable. When I had it attached by HDMI it looked worse than my ten year old monitor I was replacing. For full disclosure, I tried to adjust the settings to get the best picture quality but have no idea what I'm doing.

I have not found any yet, officedepot coupons usually require full regular price to be applied. Only PayPal/discover and other cash back sites

Any issues using this with a Mac? I've read some monitors have problems with hidpi.

Also, can you return this in-store if there's a problem or does it have to be shipped back?

My biggest issue is the low brightness at 250 cd/m2. That being said I'm using it in a low light environment so I'm going to give it a go.

You are comparing 24" FHD (1920x1080) to 27" QHD.(2560 x 1440). I definitely take latter for $30 more if you have enough desk space. It is not high-end monitor for sure but really good deal at this price. This is good to be used as office/work monitor.
