Quality is decent if you consider the price that you are paying, I use one with a face mask when entering a store.
They're clear for reading as long as you take off the original protective film - don't leave them in a hot car.

Face masks is an act of kindness towards other. This is an act of selfishness to one self. I would suggest using both. Now that looks have gone out the window why no do more.
