What are you all buying? Don't need a computer, perhaps a smart lock? Hoping they get the Sony XM4s.

This is annual perk - does not appear under AmEx offers. Once logged in, go to Benefits; you need to click the checkbox next to Enroll button [ alternative link https://global.americanexpress.co.../shop-dell [americanexpress.com] ]

Attached is screenshot of the enrollment confirmation email

This is what my account is saying: Does this mean $100 credit for $100 spent? I don't see anywhere it says a minimum spend is required, and also that it's $200 instead of $100

Get up to $100 in statement credits between January and June and up to $100 in statement credits between July and December for U.S. purchases with Dell on your Business Platinum Card when enrolled. That's up to $200 in statement credits annually.‡

More value from Dell in 2020:

Get up to $100 in additional statement credits from May 1 through June 30, 2020 and up to $100 in additional statement credits between July 1 and December 31, 2020 when you make new U.S. purchases with Dell. That's up to $400 in statement credits in 2020 when added to your existing Shop Dell with Business Platinum benefit. Additional statement credit cannot be applied retroactively for purchases made before May 1, 2020.

Once enrolled, shop with your Business Platinum Card at www.dell.com/amex or call 1-877-780-9860
‡Benefit Terms
Shop Dell with Business Platinum
Only the Basic Card Member or Authorized Account Manager(s) on a Business Platinum Card® Account can enroll the Card Account in the benefit. Eligible purchases must be charged to the enrolled Card Account for the benefit to apply. Purchases by both the enrolled Basic Card Member and Employee Card Members on the enrolled Card Account are eligible for statement credits. However, each Card Account is only eligible for up to $100 in statement credits between January and June and up to $100 in statement credits between July and December for a total of $200 per calendar year in statement credits across all Cards on the enrolled Card Account. Valid only on purchases made directly with Dell or at dell.com in the US and US Territories where Dell is the merchant of record for the purchase. Not valid on online purchases shipped outside of the US. Please allow 2-4 weeks after an eligible purchase is charged to your Card Account for statement credit(s) to be posted to the Account. Please call the number on the back of the Card if statement credits have not posted after 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Note that American Express may not receive information about your eligible purchase from merchant until all items from your eligible purchase have been provided/shipped by merchant. Statement credit may be reversed if the eligible purchase is returned/cancelled. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as eligible for the benefit, you will not receive the statement credit. For example, your transaction will not be eligible if it is not made directly with the merchant. In addition, in most cases, you may not receive the statement credit if your transaction is made with an electronic wallet or through a third party or if the merchant uses a mobile or wireless card reader to process it. To be eligible for this benefit, Card Account(s) must be not canceled and not past due at the time of statement credits fulfillment. For additional information, call the number on the back of your Card.

I purchase the Logitech MX Master 3 that comes with a $30 eGift Card and I received my AmEx offer notification 30 minutes after I received my Dell order confirmation email.
Did you check out at $99.99 and still receive the credit, or did you add a filler item to get over the $100 hurdle?

I don't see the e-gift card on the order when purchasing? Also, a delivery date of 10/14?? Yikes...

can you tell me exactly what you said ? last time i called they asked when i wang mine cancelled
I want to cancel because the fee is too high and I don't get hardly any use out of it anymore without travel. They offered MR points (maybe 20 or 25k? Can't remember) or $300 for 2k spend

That's the normal business platinum dell credit. This is for personal platinum holders.

I'm quite surprised to see so many people complaining about the annual fee for the Amex Platinum. That card pays for itself several times over. Even on an odd year like this one, the benefits added have more than compensated for the lack of travel.
