Spend $100 minimum in one or more transactions at
https://www.Dell.com/amexplat (where eligible category of purchases are defined), get ONE TIME $100 statement credit back.
End Date: 01/31/2021
Credit: Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 1/31/2021
** I can only assume this is a mechanism by AMEX to deter peeps from keeping then, returning the products (?)
Caveats:
1. Targeted AMEX Plat members
2. Must login to enroll/activate and "add offer" to Card, then use same Card to redeem
3. The promotion shopping Link is defined explicitly at
https://Dell.com/amexplat
4. The co-marketing arrangement seems to highlight "Intel" as the Dell technology partners in this deal, so be aware of this.... (Sorry, I don't know if AMD based systems will qualify BUT I personally don't think it matters... )
Terms and Conditions
1 Must first add offer to Card and then use same Card to redeem. Only U.S.-issued Platinum Cards are eligible.
Limit 1 enrolled Card per Card Member across all American Express offer channels. Your enrollment of an eligible American Express Card for this offer extends only to that Card.
Offer valid online only at Dell.com/amexplat, through the merchant mobile app or via phone at 800-291-3355. Valid only for purchases made directly with the merchant. Transactions through third party payment processors are excluded. Excludes all e-gift card and gift card purchases, international transactions, international contact center, Global events, Dell Financial services, Dell Outlet for Home, Dell Outlet for Work, Dell PartnerDirect, Dell Premier, Dell Premier Connect, Dell Premier Select, and authorized retailers. Not valid on purchases shipped outside the US, Puerto Rico, USVI and Guam. See merchant website for shipping policy. Some merchants may not ship to all areas. Offer is non-transferable.
Limit of 1 statement credit per Card Member. The enrolled Card account must not be cancelled or past due to receive statement credit. Any benefit earned from this offer is in addition to the rewards (i.e. Membership Rewards or cash back) earned as part of your existing Card benefits, but your ability to earn spend-based rewards for the purchase will be based on the amount after any statement credit or other discount is applied.
Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 1/31/2021, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. Note that American Express may not receive information about your qualifying purchase from merchant until all items from your qualifying purchase have been provided/shipped by merchant. Statement credit may be reversed if qualifying purchase is returned/cancelled. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit. For example, your transaction will not qualify if it is not made directly with the merchant.
In addition, in most cases, you may not receive the statement credit if your transaction is made with an electronic wallet or through a third party or if the merchant uses a mobile or wireless card reader to process it. By adding an offer to a Card, you agree that American Express may send you communications about the offer. POID: GFGQ:0001

Should be live for everyone under the Benefits tab after logging in to your AmEx account. I had to re-enroll for the added beneft.
And, yes as scottycs says, it's only for AmEx Biz Platinum cardholders. I should've been more clear.

I actually have both biz and reg. I will be placing orders with Dell anyway since I have 10 percent back and coupon, just waiting for another higher CB offer and will find out one way or another!
A week ago I ordered a Dell laptop and was hoping to get the $200 Amex Business Platinum credit towards this purchased but received an expected ship date of 07-01 and dire warnings about shipment delays from China due to supply chain issues, Covid whatever.
So I ordered something I did not particularly care about but ok to have - an Inspiron 3910 desktop which promptly showed up last Monday as advertised, it was probably in stock as it shipped from (presumably a Dell warehouse at) the UPS Louisville hub.
Now the laptop has shipped a day early (grrr!) and the charge shows on Amex as "Pending". I have my fingers crossed that the pending will convert to a regular charge tomorrow (i.e. July 1).
Are there any data points on what date a Pending charge gets when it converts to a regular charge: the original date of the Pending charge or the date it actually gets converted? FWIW i's after midnight eastern time as I write this...
