Depends on how long you have had your csp.
Bonuses are only given if it's been 48 months since last bonus received.
You have to have the csp for at least 1 year before you can downgrade.
Probably best to check at the branch for confirmation
No , you pretty much apply on their computer at the branch. Card comes via mail. Can request expedited shipping if you are in a rush.
Although I always maintain one Chase card at any given moment, I never keep my Sapphire past the initial year. As soon as I'm eligible for another reward receive the next card I dump the prior card facilitating turnover.
