The spec for L24q-30
https://pcsupport.lenov
They are almost identical. But S24q-10 comes with 3 years warranty, L24q-30 only comes with 1 year. So this (S24q-10) is a better deal.
Edit: Might also help to add that it's IPS. Seems like a good deal.

Horizontal frequency 30 kHz - 114 kHz
Vertical frequency 48 Hz – 75 Hz
Native Resolution 2560 x 1440 at 60 Hz
P.S.: It listed as ThinkVision S24q-10 and seems to be not US model, all info I can find was from UK and Singapore sites, nothing on US market...
Both had same specs, tho stands are lil' bit different.
The S24q is the business-market model. Lower 60 Hz refresh rate, better warranty.
An earlier post claims that the L24q has a 60 Hz refresh rate, but I suspect that's a website error. All other sources, including Lenovo's psref (which is the more authoritative source for specs) point to a difference in refresh rate.

So basically, it's refresh rate (75 Hz and FreeSync) vs. a longer warranty.
Got 2 of L24q-30 from last time deal for my wife's office and they are really good.

I have the L24Q. I can vouch that refresh rate goes up to 75 Hz.
