Look under your account info on the website not your email. Be warned though these cups are CHEAP for a reason. I ordered 2 about a month ago and my daughter broke one the first use and she's not rough on her stuff, simply knocked it over accidentally on the table and the lid broke beyond repair. The Disney stuff at Walmart is more durable than items from the actual Disney store it seems.

It can be a little tricky, but I think the trick is to create a new email never used before. If a email is used that you already have and have used on the site previously you will not receive the welcome email with the one time use free shipping code. Hope this helps.

I never could see Sign Up at the bottom of the page (on phone) even with the previous deal. I had to open a new Incognito tab, copied and pasted the link above to see a pop-up message asking to sign up for a free shipping code. After that, the code arrived right away. (of course using a new email address).
