For a cheaper build that you want to add to this is a solid case for your needs. You can probably find better Airflow cases, but at this price point they probably will have a plastic side panel which scuff much easier then a TG one.

You can buy the mesh panel separately to attach to the case

Exactly. Any case that goes with mostly solid type front is asking for heat issue. Don't care if it's brand or generic. This is not a good case beyond the fancy looks.

People always say this in Phanteks case threads regarding non-A cases but don't really bother checking that the cost of shipping costs as much as the product itself on their website in many cases (location will obviously fluctuate cost). In my case a P400A mesh panel is $20, then another $20 for shipping. Totally not worth $40 for just the front panel especially when they retooled the "A" series cases front fan mounting to look better. So you're getting a subpar appearance for not much less than just buying the new case.

There is 'minimal airflow'. Front cover and its compact design ruins airflow.
I purchased it for a high-end system. Everything got super hot and heated.
GPU and CPU fans started screaming for cooling.
Check out 1 star reviews on Newegg. Tiny case, no ventilation, no way to add extra fans.
There just isn't anywhere to mount them to.
Go with Antec or Corsair is my suggestion. They have standard sized mid towers.
This thing is tiny in comparison.

and giving it a try. As others have said, I'm not spending $30+ to replace the front panel on a $50 case.
The bevels offer plenty of flow through the front as the exploded view shows. both a top and bottom mesh filter can be removed - not that it should make much diff. it's hardly a submarine up front
