I love the size but we had to switch back to our old charger.

Weird they can't charge at 21w since thats what it is rated.

It seems like a waste to even make dual port if you can't effectively use both at the same time. You can get a cheap dual charger with essentially the same specs from Five Below and other retailers at every day price if you will always use both ports simultaneously, anyway.
ie. if the PD/fast charging is your main focus, the 2nd port doesn't help at all since you'll only ever be able to use 1 port.
