I feel bad for anyone that dropped $90 for the Doom Eternal Deluxe edition at launch, only to have the price dramatically lowered 5 months later and still see no story DLC.
I bought the standard edition for Xbox One at launch but purchased the bundle through the Steam Sale and couldn't be happier with the transition to the PC side.
TL;DR: Great price for the base Doom Eternal Story Mode. At least 22-24 hours of fun to be had. It'll likely be $20 by Black Friday.
I received instructions to redeem on Bethesda but it looks like you can link your account to steam
All Bethesda keys go through the Bethesda Launcher. You can link to your Steam Account and through the GOG Galaxy Launcher (Universal Launcher Platform)
Just FYI Doom Eternal appears to launch via Bethesda.net launcher, if you buy directly from Steam you can use Steam launcher (on sale now for $30). This may be preferable as you avoid having another launcher to manage and Bethesda's is relative new and lacking in features.

With how quick Doom 2016 dropped in price, I wouldn't be surprised if Eternal will be $10 by the holidays.

Yeah, I had rose tinted glasses on because I picked up Doom 2016 a week before Eternals launch for $5, and thought it was incredible. I then thought I'll support them for their new game since $5 was a steal, and bought the $90 package - knowing the base game would be half price within a month or two. Don't see myself doing that again since I'm not even looking forward to the DLC, but I'll play it when it drops.

In order to get the Steam version, you have to buy from Steam Store.
