This looks like an amazing deal considering the MSRP is $150. I bought the blue international version from eBay for $110 about 4 weeks ago and have had no issues with them. The 11 hours battery life really is best in class. The new buds are supposed be announced pretty soon which might be why they're getting rid of some stock.
