The Bugatti package arrived and looked like it had been sitting in water. The water had soaked through to the LEGO box, as the shipping box was pretty much the same size as the LEGO box. However, all the inside packaging was completely dry. Although it did take a couple weeks of back and forth with their customer service, we ultimately arrived at an acceptable resolution.
The Land Rover Defender box arrived in pristine condition. Nothing to complain about on this one.
The Porsche 911 RSR arrived, and it was clearly repackaged with DHL tape. I'm assuming it was inspected by customs, so I wouldn't count that as a complete negative. However, upon opening the package, the LEGO box itself was clearly smashed in the middle, probably due to the fact they pack them in boxes that are virtually the same size as the LEGO box es themselves. The LEGO box tape was all still intact though. It wasn't damaged to the point where it was worth the hassle having to file a claim with customer service. I figured I could justify it by the savings I got from the deal.
Just thought I'd add in my personal experience with Zavvi. Would I order again? Probably... If the savings was worth it. If they discount the Lamborghini Sian set they just got, I'd order that in a heartbeat.

But I did read a lot in the post that if there's problem with the order, then result are really hit or miss.

Ya 75 percent of mine show up in great packaging and then some in ok packaging and one or two in skimpy cheap packing. Just depends on the employee I guess.
I also ordered the 911 RSR from them. Same experience. Would order again.
