It's good for such a low price. Kids find it comfortable. Arm rests don't adjust. The chair back bolts to the arm rests, which bolt to the base. The entire seat/back lean back together and then the back flexes a bit more. Under the seat there's a knob to adjust the spring tension to the lean back.
I wouldn't get it for a chair to sit in for a full 8 hour shift as an adult, but for kids or for a few hours at a time it's more than good enough.
Mine was from Topeakmart or something.
