No. None of the XT models are worth it over their Non-XT models. I'd even say with Assassins creed it isnt worth it. You could buy a 3900X for $400 and Assassins Creed for $60 from Epic and that $20 would probably be worth saving...

Totally disagree. I would say new xt could be a killer product for some users. 10%~30% higher freq@ lower core volt, which means lower temp. Not a ocer? What about dramatically changed fclk? Now the ram speed could easily hit 4500+ when fclk:ram clock=1:1, that means 65k+ in w/r/c while the latency would be lower than 40ns. You don't know what it is? Last but not least, whether new xt is cost effective is up to which one u buy. Currently the most c-e one is 3600xt, then 3800xt. Both they 2 are powerful enough for gaming and daily work, but only 10~30 bucks more than old ones. 3900xt is 429 bucks from microcenter but not recommended unless multiple tasks are usually needed or u are a multimedia editor.

Find me ANY Ryzen that can do FCLK of 2100-2200mhz for this 1:1 4500+ memory. All (3000) series top out at 1900hz. So if you want 1:1 the highest you can go is DDR4 3800. If you go 1:2 it is only beneficial at DDR4 5000. The highest Ive been able to get stable for 24/7 use is 4600.

I dont know what you are talking about but the XT is just a good bin of Zen2 and doesnt have "10-30% higher freq" more like 100-200MHz if that. FCLK still maxes out around 1900, with very few people managing 1933. Maybe you are thinking of the Zen2 desktop APUs, which are monolithic and might have that kind of ram latency, but those aren't released for Retail and I dont know any OEM PCs that use them yet, and will be labeled as 4000 series.
