How many versions of the Apple Watch exist? I still have a Gen 1 that works fine. Any reason to upgrade? Thoughts?
I upgraded from the 1st to the 5th and it's a heck of a speed bump, so everything works faster and better (less repeating to Siri) and brighter.
I think from the 2nd gen on, they got waterproof (I think gen 1 and 2 came out at the same time).
Starting with the 4th gen, the screen got bigger, the watch is pretty much the same size, they're just closer to the edge (so the band sizes are still only two widths). And brighter too.
Also with the 4th they added fall detection and a single lead ECG.
5th gen changed it so you could always see the time without having to do the wrist tilt.
Does Costco extended warranty cover Apple watches? Their website doesnt list them. Tried calling but the message said there was a 60min wait. Wondering if anyone has experience already and would know
