I purchased this combo back in April for $475 but it included an extra battery, which I was easily able to sell for $100. I'm very pleased with both the chainsaw and the blower and I would recommend this set if you need it. If you're using the blower consistently at full throttle, you'll probably get about 45 minutes of use before you start to see a power decrease. However, you'll most likely still get another 15-25 minutes of use at a lower power. I've used the chainsaw to cut down and clean up a fairly large tree with absolutely no battery issues. This is my first battery operated chainsaw and it's so nice not dealing with the fuel and fumes from a gas powered chainsaw. Not to mention that it starts up every time you pull the trigger. Since this purchase, I also picked up Milwaukee's Quik Lok string trimmer and their edger attachment. Amazing.

Slammin' deal, especially with the 12.0ah. I already own the blower so I'm going to have to pass on this but I do want the chainsaw and 12.0ah. Next time.

Yes, better than a Ryobi. Season seems like it's going to be over soon though.

How long does the 12ah battery hold up with infrequent use? I'm thinking 2-4 times a year on tree litter, occasional storm damage. My smaller batteries got about 4 years before I noticed degradation.

I'm finally looking at these deals and thinking about what I could sell the batteries for. Have I been spending too much time (and money) on Slickdeals??
Great deal!

I am in the same boat.

Part of me tells me that I should try to flip blower on Craigslist/FB. Does anyone know what we can fetch for a blower?

seriously considering this combo.

seller is a "Factory Authorized Outlet" does that mean the tools are under warranty as if you bought from stores like Home Depot? This is brand new not refurbished right?
