Same here. I got the $25 on-time but I'm still missing the $20. Supposedly, it was to be issued three weeks, after purchase, and it's been a month now. I've checked my spam folder and it's also not there.

Neither did I get the $20 giftcard following my online purchase. I already received the $25 gift card on-time and also used it in store with no issues. Only lacking the $20 now.

Hey all. I made my $20 online purchase with Sam's at the end of August and also did not receive my $20 Gift Card. After a month of waiting, I contacted the Stack Social customer support last week and explained to them what happened. They told me people were NOT receiving the $20 Gift Card because of a technical glitch, and that it was good I contacted them. They were very nice and contacted Sam's Club on my behalf, and after a week of waiting, they emailed me 2 $10 gift cards. So, if any of you still haven't received the GC, contact the Stack Social support and they should be able to get you what you're due, provided you did everything correct.

I wanted to update on this, as I have also did the same thing by reaching out to StackSocial customer support via the Purchases page on StackSocial (See attached screenshot).

I sent a request ticket to the support team on 10/10/2020, with a online order screenshot for Sam's Club, and my Sam's Club membership no, and the email used for the Sam's Club account. Subsequently got an update on 10/18/2020, saying that they are waiting for a response from the Vendor (Sam's Club). Then on 10/19/2020, they updated me with 2 $10 Sam's Club egift cards codes, which I retrieved, and can be used in store and online! Glad it all went through without a hitch!
