Not quite the $99 deal that was canceled for many but pretty good. It's $229 [homedepot.com]at HomeDepot right now.

Dunno why people voted down. Not everyone was able to order from Wilco. Especially if you're in California.

Why no love? The Wilco deal excluded many and orders were cancelled too.

Not sure why the down votes. Anyone that ordered the Wilco deal had to pay at least $15 shipping. This has free shipping. Almost a wash.

Not a bad deal considering its home depot but you can get 2 5ah batteries for 120 in retail packaging everyday on ebay if you dont need the charger which many dont. And a charger for 25. So i see it as a good deal but not one that must be jumped on cuz its so slick. And yes dewalt warranty can go by date code so you would still have a warranty jus not the full 3 years. So yes overall i do consider this a better deal then ebay but your not losing out on much if you dont buy it now. Especially since you can flip the charger locally for 25 as well. Jus my input

Just a guess, but maybe it's because it's listed as a Home Depot deal but HD isn't the seller.

People are down voting most likely because this store charges sales tax, the wilco deal did not and was 20% cheaper.

I jumped on it. May not be the best deal, but I've been waiting for something halfway reputable to buy a kit to upgrade my old 18V tools. I have the adapter already. Better than the HD/Lowes price, may not be as good as some eBay sellers. Thanks!

I looked at this company and the reviews are mixed, event the most recent ones. That's why I didn't share it. There are mentions of getting used items that are being sold as new and fake items. I didn't think it was worth messing with. Check Amazon if you guys want as there were a few companies selling them for $130, no tax.

ebay usually same deal - about $65 (approx.) for each or $45 (approx.) for used.

Right now just the two batteries on ebay is $115.Link [ebay.com]

Amazon last week had the 5Ah battery for about $65 (ea.), free shipping of course.

Glad I have Dewalt connection, I picked up 2 5ah batteries for under $80 tax and shipping included a couple weeks ago. Employee pricing is quite nice on Dewalt, only deal I ever got that was better was when lowes screwed up and gave you 2 3ah batteries, 2 chargers and a fan for $79. I picked up 4 batteries, 2 fans and 2 chargers, should have wiped them out of inventory!
