I have both. There are some distinct differences. Most important is that the LG is IPS. So it makes a much better monitor. I couldn't handle the poor viewing angles on my Vizio v series. The Vizio picture is maybe subjectively 10% nicer but it's very close... and the LG webOS is much better than the Vizio smart tv os. The LG remote is better as well. On both TVs the HDR SUCKS! The Vizio was pretty terrible. To create the HDR effect it actually drops standard brightness down to create it's HDR effects.

How do you get the member price?

Depends which UM model. "M" means 2019 model. "N" is 2020. I think 6900 is the starter model for either year. This 7300 model includes the magic remote. Maybe it's the same panel.
