Dairy is more than milk. I like pizza with cheese, a rare ice cream treat with my family, stinky cheeses on salads, and so on. I haven't drank cow's milk in years but have not been able to have dairy for only a couple of years. I am grateful for these products, even if I only use them sparingly.
