seller for masks in OP claim 95%+ BFE and PFE, makes me a bit leary

those have pictures that mention a melt-blown layer, but description doesn't mention it at all and instead uses the phrase "3-Layers of Non-Woven Fiber Fabric"

A simple guide to Chinese disposable masks: if you need quality, get BYD. They're comfortable and don't fog glasses much. Worth the premium if you have to work 8 hours in a mask. If it's for a quick shopping trip, any of these sub $10 masks will work for you.

Better at Costco. The BYD brand ones sold at Office Depot aren't tested to US medical mask standards while the ones sold at Costco are. Office Depot ones are tested to the Chinese medical mask standard, which is much better than any of these super cheap ones that blatantly say "not for medical use."

I was just at Home Depot, yeah I know, and saw 50 masks for $25. Same kind of masks. Crazy profit for them.

This was on sale 3 weeks ago for $7.88. now $5.58. Previous discussion on this item from this seller had good reviews on slickdeals.

The quality I received was good. Ear loops holds on. Worth it.
