This is an excellent series, the first book was recently on sale for the same price.

I believe the fourth entry in this series is coming out later this year.
Rhythm of War will be out Nov 17
This is my favorite series. I've finished all three books at least twice, with 1 and 2 being 3 times. Own all three on Kindle, Audible, and GraphicAudio. Also own a physical, signed copy of Oathbringer.

I highly recommend this series and can't wait for book four to come out this year. Ultimately this will be a 5 book story arc from what I've read, followed by another 5 book story arc in the same world.

+1 for the Stormlight Archives series. I couldn't finish the first two fast enough. This one drags a bit, so I haven't yet finished it, but the story arcs are too good to not finish. Excited to hear the 4th is coming soonish.

This one definitely drags a bit but picks up speed at the end.

First two were awesome. I didn't finish this one. Didn't think it was as good but I also think life got busy. Now that I'm hearing the 4th is coming out I'll have to get through this. Tempted to read the first two again but won't be done in time for the 4th.

Looks like a good price tho and I recommend the series as a whole. Just can be scared of big books...

Third book ruined the series for me. If you really like the first two books then beware. I think he ruined a number of characters in this, didn't follow through with some stuff in the second book, and went full deus ex machina. He completely ham-fisted in modern social issues. He was obviously influenced by the woke crowd.

For those that don't know, The Way of King's is getting a leather bound print through Kickstarter that has tremendous support. 6.5million last time I checked.

Get through the first half because the second half opens up a lot of the storyline and explains a lot of background story from the first two books. Also will see some other Cosmere characters from previous books in the second half - always cool if you're familiar with the other stories from the Cosmere universe.

I'm perplexed by all the praise for these?? The worldbuilding is fun, and I appreciate the "tween-friendly" writing, but overall they are just too predictable and safe. I will say I've only read the first in the series, which I picked up during the recent sale, and I supposed they could improve?

For me, I don't need to own the rest, I'll just borrow them from the library.
