This is $50 more than it was 2 weeks ago. That's not little for a product in the $500-600 range. I'd say wait a bit for the price to return to $530 or at least reach $550. This product seems to be getting frequently discounted so $580 is not slick imo

Also, weirdly enough if you click on the offer details (for the apply my best buy offer) it says take a total of $250 off even though we are only getting $200 off. Did best buy make a mistake? Maybe price will go down in a few days?

When businesses put In place so many hoops for customers to jump through, it's no wonder that Bezos is worth $100B.

Thanks for the deal. After researching a number of current options, I decided to get this because it's more upgradeable, and comes with 15.6" touch screen.

Note: you need to get through Student Deals for this.

The 3rd gen mobile processors are the 4000 series (kind of dumb naming scheme by AMD), there was no 1000 series mobile processors. There is usually a slight improvement on the current gen desktop chips which is why they gave them the higher series label then the gen they are. More simply put
the 2000 series laptop processors are gen 1
the 3000 series gen 2
and 4000 series gen 3

They are notorious for those convenient math mishaps.

Our version of "deal math" (all formulas = justicied to buy the item)

BB version = numbers always add up to being whatever they want to justify the advertisement) / toral savings. Even if they save you gas $$ or tolls)

Wow. Their naming scheme extremely stupid. This entire time I've been seeing these laptops thinking they were the older models.. wow.
