This doesn't have that old school Bomberman charm/vibe like previous games and online multiplayer is basically dead... but still fun, specially with local co-op.

Debating to buy as a gift for not since it's been $19.99 consistently for the past few months at Wal-Mart, and they've had it for $16.72 since July. Best Buy has had it for $19.99 from August 2019 til April 2020.

Last time the physical copy had a major discount was in mid 2019 for $10. eShop had it in June of this year for $10. Full price is usually $29.99.

Definitely check out Walmart first. Pretty much every Walmart has it in stock around me for $7. Check Brickseek to make sure

I picked it up at my local Walmart a month ago for $7. As a fan of older games, that wasn't even worth it for this game imho.

Avoid this game like the plague. Damn game developers on this one tarnished the bomber man legacy with this crap.

Let's just say It's my most regretful switch game purchase. I won't even give it away as I don't want others to suffer playing it.

Its a fun party game. Plays like the original bomberman but characters have unique abilities. I'd say only get it if you have a group of peoplw you plan on playong it with. It's not a fun sinle player experience.
