This is a Dell. I have boycotted HP since 2002 for their QC and horrible customer service, though had to work with them at various gigs. Dell has been pretty reliable in the personal and enterprise spaces I've occupied.
At least put more effort into reading the listing =.='

You can get unreliable junk from every manufacturer, the consumer low tier stuff is always junk. This Dell is mid-tier and is decent. If you want better you need to step up to enterprise or top tier models.
Presuming that it wasn't some kind of reject that the previous owner decided to give up on.
