We got this last week. It's pretty ok. We got one from Ikea for half the price and it seems to be better quality (this has ties for each opening to hold the tunnels together which is tedious and doesn't hold well and the IKEA has Velcro and is thicker material all around. I can see it ripping pretty easily like you said). I was a little disappointed it doesn't have a roof/top to the main square
I think it's still a good deal at $30 though. It comes with a pouch to hold it all which I appreciated. Though I'd pay literally any amount of money if it holds my 2 year olds attention for 20 minutes.

Wanted to get this for the kiddos and decided to read the reviews... Most of the reviews are for either an easel or some type of keyboard and the few reviews for this tunnel aren't very encouraging. Anyone have any first hand experience with this one? I had a different one in the past that ripped apart pretty quickly.

The IKEA one is pretty nice, modular, and fairly priced; I would recommend it if there is an IKEA nearby.

I can vouch for how awesome the IKEA one, the BUSA, is. We've had it for years. The other big difference other than the Velcro connector is that the IKEA one only has two tunnel connectors at most. It's also about the same price though. Each IKEA tunnel is $15 while the main structure is $13, so for only 2 tunnels the total cost for the IKEA one is $43 vs this Macy's one for $30. Just keep in mind the IKEA one is very high quality

The pic shows a kid standing up without the roof so you should've known right?

I got this last time it popped up for my kids (8 months and 6 years). My older loves it even though the tubes come untied fairly easily. I like the roof opening to see my younger one inside without having to crawl inside

No kids here. I wonder if my cats would dig this.

Got this from the other deal as well. I would not pay 70 for this. Maybe 30. At 20 to 25 its a steal. 1 and 3 year old love it. 1 yr crawling all the time. I have it in 4 pieces right for a course set up. 3 year old turns the square part upside down and it's instant club house with windows
