I don't think you can call yourself a protein bar with only 6g...

Yep, might as well call it a "sugar alcohol" bar using the same logic.

Agreed. Rather modest offering here. Better options out there for sure if youre looking to find something for your weight training diet, but this deal may work well for some.

Maybe a good way to curb a sweet tooth with such low net carbs?

Perhaps. Personally I prefer the 70 calorie fiber one brownies. Very tasty low calorie treat. They have more net carbs, which I suppose wouldnt be ideal if your diet calls for curbing those. But they work for me, as they satiate a desire that could easily result in consuming 10 times more calories.

Seriously. In addition, the first protein ingredient is soy protein. Would prefer whey protein.

"soy protein is not an ideal protein because it is deficient in the essential amino acid methionine."

"Soy contains isoflavones, which act like estrogen in the body"

I wouldnt waste calories on protein bars unless youre always on the go and unable to prepare your own foods. I guess also if youre on a specific diet and crave some type of sweet treat it might help since the net carbs amount arent bad. Since im doing keto most of my sweet treats have been berries fresh/frozen, outshine no sugar added fruit bars, and rebel ice cream (tasty but expensive and calorie dense). Breyers carb smart ice cream is a better value but not the best ingredients. Although i limit myself to a 2/3 cup serving which is only 110 calories

Here's a link to the caramel nut option, but it looks to be a few cents more rather than 10 cents cheaper now.
