This is a repost with new information on how to redeem and what to do when you run into system error, my original post was too old and had thumbs down because people ran into system error when they attempt to redeem and said customer service never respond, they did respond to me but it took 2 weeks long.
How to Earn Points
Sign up (one-time)300 pts <--- easy
Complete Home Assessment (one-time)400 pts <--- easy
Complete Action Plan Item (Up to 10)25 pts
Login (once per month)50 pts <--- easy
Available Gift Card Choices:
Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, Chili's, Foot Locker, GameStop, Groupon, iTunes, Maggianos, Overstock.com, Regal Entertainment, Sephora, Target, The Home Depot, Walmart
I've attached screenshot of the email with amazon gift card (removed code for privacy). If you don't run into system error when you redeem then you should receive an email with gift card almost instantly. Email subject: Rewards Redemption (see screenshot)
If you run into system error when you redeem, you can contact customer service for them to restore your points so you can try redeem again. It worked for me the 2nd time, however, it took them 2 weeks to respond to my inquiry so YMMV, it might take them weeks to get back to you, here's their email they sent to me:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your email. Due to a system error, we were unable to process your gift card order. We have corrected this error and restored your rewards points.
At this time, please reorder your gift card with your restored points. We apologize for the inconvenience.
