Westinghouse look very nice and have plenty of output options but the THD is "<23% [generatorbible.com]" (yes that could be 1% but if it's that low, why put such a large number out there?)
Duromax models are more barebones looking and THD ~ 12%
THD can often vary with load, too, but that information is generally not provided by manufacturers.
For reference you're really looking at under 5%.
I currently have a B&S StormResponder 5500/8250 and wanted to upsize to run AC as well as I noticed during the last outage (that was a week long this past week) a few odd things. First, many of my LED lights would flicker, but not all, some horribly. Second, even though I wasn't pulling anywhere near the capacity of the unit, when my well pump kicked on (max draw = 1500W), it would throw most of my UPS units for a loop, some behaving very erratically. The THD for that generator is stated as 3-6%. I can only imagine what 12 or 23% would do!
Generally I run 0.5 gallons of fuel through mine 1x a year until it's empty and used a high quality oil to start.

edit: oh it is for sensitive electronics, gotcha. So 5% THD is required to run sensitive electronics, like things with a motherboard? Thanks
