1. Mapping technology, battery life and software(App) are all amazing. App was updated few months back which made room/zone specific cleaning much easier.
2. After 20 months, all parts are still more or less around 50% of their life which is shown in the app. So very low maintenance.
3. I'm satisfied with its regular vacuum. At junctions like where a carpet starts, it tends to leave off dust. Everywhere else it's good. If required turbo mode is available when there's a lot of dust.
4. Mopping leaves the floor shining. I can feel the difference. Like others pointed out, it doesn't rub off anything sticky but cleans dust really well.
5. It picks up hair well but for longer human hair, it tends to roll around the brush so that may need some work once in a while to cut off all the hair stuck on the brush. This is the only complaint I have.
6. It's much quieter in standard mode compared to a regular vacuum.
7. It has a carpet detection mode which increases suction while vacuuming a carpet. But unfortunately this detection doesn't have any impact on mopping. While mopping, it still gets on to the carpet and makes it wet but luckily its not too much of water so no complaints there but wish future models support detecting carpets and avoid them while mopping.
8. You can set it to vacuum/mop a room/zone/home multiple times - 1x/2x/3x. This helps if you're very sensitive to dust and don't want to leave anything back.
Coming from the Eufy robo without mapping technology, this felt like a day/night difference. At $360, I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to buy this.
Short hair doesn't seem to be a problem because I have a 2nd S5 upstairs where my German Shepherd doesn't go and it picks up my cat's hair fine distributing evenly across the filter.

EDIT: I was doing something wrong and it worked for the white one (didn't try black).

I originally bought the S4. It has the better chip for navigation. But it would get stuck on carpet. So I could use it on two of my floors but not the carpeted basement. So I returned it and got the S5. It works well on carpet and my hardwood floors. Doesn't support multi floors whereas the S4 does.
Are you sure the S4 support multifloor? I thought I read the other day it does not.
Not yet but an update (delayed for a while) is in the making to support Multi Floors.
