These are running shoes. Why on earth would you wear them for b-ball or tennis? That's a serious injury waiting to happen.

Color combos so last year. Although I'm not getting the lite show variant of the 27. They did a little better color wise. From what I understand still not as comfortable as the 25. 26 is not my fav comfort wise - should have listened to old adage that if a shoe doesn't feel right it won't magically change - and sent it back.

Asics soles also tend to wear down fast.

Are these any good again yet? I think the last Kayanos I really liked were the 20s. I skipped a couple models, then got the 22s. They were a nightmare. Super-narrow toebox, unresponsive sole. Completely different shoe, in a bad way.

Depends how you're using them. For primarily pavement running, mine last quite a while. For something like tennis or basketball, I'm sure they'd go a lot faster.

I wear them at work, but I'm on my feet all day so maybe has to do with all the walking. But I'll have to say they are one of the most comfortable

Love kayanos. I mildly over pronate and they've always been perfect for me. I consistently get high miles also, at least 300mi a pair which is high for me. $80 is a great deal.

I don't know if any true running shoes last very long, at least if you them for long distance jogging.

With that said, Asics at least last longer than Brooks which are my go to shoes.

But if you are wearing these for its intended purpose of long distance running, do you really want a shoe that last very long? You should be changing them out so often anyways, even if they don't appear worn.
