I'm only using the Zigbee integration with one motion sensor to control a light right now. It was fairly easy to set up and is working quite well. I think at the time it was the same price as a SmartThings hub, but has a nice quality speaker. But the SmartThings hubs are out of stock right now, so this is quite a good option.
The one I got previously is literally in the box. Not a bad deal.
Edit: In my case, it netted me a $23.75 discount on the echo.

The Studio is a better speaker... Multiple speakers actually. It also has Atmos and dynamically adjusts sound based on your room setup. I only wish it came in sandstone.

Does the 25% apply on the already discounted echo? The echo plus is $74.99 now and my trade in will take a week to process, I hope I can get the 25% off on $74.99 then

They'll give you an immediate giftcard ($5) and send you an email with details to package it up and drop off at UPS. (Makes you wonder what would happen if it turns out you dot is busted, huh?)
