Excellent price and I was hoping the Tarah Pro was gonna be a dream replacement for the X3 and X4s but I had so many issues with them. Maybe they solved some of them with firmware updates, but physically they dont work for me either. I so wish they did! Absolutely love the X3 and X4s! Great features in general. An older support thread at Jaybird forums from when they were brand new. High hopes for the next version.... https://support.jaybirdsport.com/...t-a-time-?
Ive owned the regular Tarah's, which i returned and replaced with the X4's, which i loved. After losing those i got the Tarah Pro's, theyre pretty great, i miss the foam tips but the fabric cord and magnetic tips are pretty amazing.

For 60 bucks, these are a steal.
Yes! That was exactly why I bought them originally!
For awarenesss, both Tarah and Tarah pro only support the SBC codec. Their X4 (and older X3) supports both SBC and AAC codec.
So if you are listening to music that's encoded in AAC codec it will cause some loss in fidelity due to re-encoding. E.g. if you are listening to music stored in the default AAC format on iPhone. Or even on Android if you are listening to a streaming service that uses AAC, such as YouTube Music or Apple Music.
Probably just sold out, and since they were a clearance item, no sense keeping them listed. They're only a hundred bucks new, so 70 wouldn't really be considered a mess up.
EDIT: And they're sold out everywhere now, apparently. Amazon says 8/23, and manufacturer direct says 10-14 days.
