I did this promo last week when they had it. My staples rewards account is only showing me getting 10% rewards back instead of 40%. Anyone know when Staples usually update their site to reflect the correct rewards amount?

I made a purchase on Aug 9th with a Aug 12 delivery. The page list the 40% off $175 ink purchase when I used the coupon. It also subtracted $0.01 on the bill for the coupon.

I am not sure if this is the norm, but Staples calculated the rewards pre-coupon. I used 2 $20 off coupon codes for $40 off for my ink purchase last week when I made my purchase.

I purchased OEM Canon Pixma Pro-100 Toner online on the 14th. The coupon for the staples rewards subtracted -$0.01 a penny off the total. Received toner today on the 17th. Checked Staples Rewards and don't see the 40% back in rewards. How long does it take to see the rewards? Hoping my purchase was valid as these Canon toners are pricey.

I have not paid close attention, but on 8/10 I purchased online, over $100 of HP ink, using the 20o100 public coupon and the 40% rewards coupon, not redeeming any rewards coupons, paying with credit card.

Checking just now on 8/17 (was not there on 8/13), I see that my 180-day recycling date has been updated, and see $33.xx in pending rewards to be awarded in September (correctly the 40% of the ~$82 after coupon amount).

So everything worked, with no intervention needed.

When I click on the Shop now button under the 40% offer, it takes me to a page that only says 20% with a coupon code 77250. Is there one for 40% or did they change the offer?

It is a new week, so maybe the 40% deal (required a minimum spend of $75 on ink or $175 on toner) has been replaced by the 20% deal with no minimum.

If you want to try, the coupon code for the 40% was 46639.

This does work. It took me forever to get someone who could help me with it (including a phone call w/ plenty of misinformation and an unnecessary trip to a store), but I finally got the coupon applied on my order, with yet another phone call.

The code is 96654 and I believe it should work online as well. Seems like a good deal if you took advantage of one of the Canon laser printer deals from Best Buy and Costco recently. I went ahead and bought the 4 Canon high yield toners (054) for the Canon MF642Cdw printer on the latest Best Buy Deal

the shopping cart allows both 96654 (40%) and 77250 (20%) as valid coupons in the cart. i wonder if I'll get both or something lame were it defaults to 20% and ignores the higher 40%
