The biggest things I'd look for (my personal opinion):
Video Quality
How wide of a view does it capture (very important)
Can it record locally to a MicroSD card or does it have to be the cloud
How long can it record on either
Is there any reviews for the batteries in extreme temperatures and if so, how do they fair over time (clearly with Wyze this will be impossible to know for a while for honest reviews)
Are the batteries hardwired or can they be swapped out over time (some battery cameras can have their batteries changed out, I dont think Wyze Outdoor can)
Is there any chance in hell of getting RTSP on it or connecting it to Blue Iris in some way (good for 24/7 recording) (Wyze will not have RTSP for their Outdoor cam, they are pushing for low cost cam + low cost cloud storage)
How far can the camera be from the base station?
Unless you are willing to pay for Arlo Ultra which does have 4K, great battery and all of the above (for the most part) - you are going to be somewhat disappointed. You really get what you pay for. For me, I think it's either go big (Arlo Ultra 4K) or go Wyze,
I think if you want 1 system and you are not running PoE then I would go Arlo.. as a BlueIris user I've been extremely impressed with Arlo. I think the only reason why its not pushed here is because its not a Chinese offshoot but rather American and it also isn't affordable like Wyze but the ease of use and the actual quality for such a tiny camera is impressive. I just stick with PoE because I like 24/7 recording and also I like getting a 4MP cam for $130 that's wide angle ontop of it. With that said, I want battery operated further away from the house and I want to go with Wyze but I dont think the base station will allow it to go as far as I want and the quality isn't superb.. this is where you will come at a crossroad of "is it worth me spending a lot more on Arlo or should I just be happy with whatever Wyze pumps out."
Edit: I'm shocked at Amcrest prices.. they're less than half of what they used to be. As I said in another comment, these cameras helped catch a bad guy from a distance so I highly recommend getting it if you can setup a PoE PC and deal with the cables. The $110'ish cost is now $55!!
1. Motion notification happen 30-40 seconds after the event. So by the time you get them whatever it was has already left. Be it the UPS man, intruder or whatever.
2. Clips are 12 seconds max even to the SD card. There is a subscription for $1.99 but it isn't available for the outdoor cam yet. 12 seconds will mean missed action sometimes.
3. Sound quality is terrible. Blink is pretty bad but wyze manages to out do it. It is so quiet it is useless and there is so much static and other artifacts.
4. Battery life is short compared to blink. Whilst you won't get 2 years out the blink probably you should get at least 6 months. You'll be lucky to get 2 out the wyze cam.
5. The PIR sensor/motion detection zone is fixed to be the bottom 2/3 of the viewed area. No way to customise it. Blink's is at least customizable. All these PIR sensor based detection devices require fine tuning to get right.
6. Batteries are replaceable in the blink
7. The wyze has a standard 1/4 mount
8. Wyze integrates easily with their other products like the door sensors and bulbs
9. Wyze has full duplex two way audi whereas blink is push to talk. But since no one can hear you on the wyze blink is still better.
10. Price is about the same.
11. The wyze base only allows 4 cams and has weak range. It is also larger than the blink. And has an sd slot in there for backup. I do have a wyze ssid show up now in the noise of wifi points in the area when they really should have hidden it.
12. Wyze doesn't let you turn off the blue led.
13. Wyze night vision is better.

Edit: doh! Just add it to the cart. Showed up for me.
Nice find OP!
I have these and they work pretty well. Assuming you a dont put them in a busy walk way you should have to worry about storage or battery life. I looked into wyze, its very similar but i felt like they had too many paid additional services. Its not bad, but i wanted something that worked out of the box with minimal setup. Think the wyze maybe cheaper when blink isnt on sale.

I've never used these but so far I'm really happy with my Wyze outdoor cam. We set one up at my girlfriends and she has a lot of traffic that goes by but it hasn't effected her battery too much yet. As for the paid subscription it's a few bucks a month, I can justify that with how much more I throw at stupid stuff so a few dollars a month isn't make or break for me.

Thanks, after your reply, i did some research. blink allows you 60 seconds of recording on cloud free without subscription and Wyze allows you 12 seconds before subscription kicks in at 1.99 per cam per moth
Billed annually as $14.99 per cam per moth
