I picked mine up yesterday and its in brand new condition. It was manufactured in 2019.
They only have one option.

Original price of the chair from Herman Miller is $695.
Original price from Cort Furniture Outlet is $300 but with the 50% is $150 plus tax.

You have to call your local Cort Furniture Outlet and buy it in store. The chair should be $299 and they have an office furniture sale at 50$ off.

Its doesn't apply online the coupon summer50. I had to call my local store to order it and have them apply the coupon manually.
