512gb SSD - $60.00
GIGABYTE Z490 UD AC motherboard - $150.00
Deepcool case - $80.00
600w 80+ gold psu - $60

$1,300.00 before OS so I don't know what you'd save building this yourself unless you went with cheaper components or saved elsewhere by reusing parts from other builds or skipped water-cooling and used a cheaper case. Depends also if you want the game which would mean saving less money on a DIY.. of course, there's lots of good reasons to DIY but that's for another discussion.
Is this like the other deal where the cooling pipes should be below and not where they are? Forgive my noob speech.
don't worry, you'll be fine even with a bottom mounted AIO -- 5% air is not going to matter materially to the cooling performance or longevity of the hardware, folks been doing this for years without issues, way before GN's video...when it comes to youtubers, apply some of your judgement on top of their opinions for a more well rounded take-away...

RTX 2060 Supers can be found for $360. The RTX 3060 should be $400 so I would personally wait for that.
