Bought from them before I returned Sony headphones got money back. No issue with the headphones just did not fit my ear.

Recently I've purchased a couple iPhones and an Apple Watch from them. All items were still within apple's 1 year warranty. I did return 1 iphone because it was grade B (scratch across screen) but return was free and painless refund

I have bought several things over the last 1.5 years and have been pleasantly surprised every time. For instance: Four PS4 video games, AirPod pros and just purchased a Gen 5 44mm GPS/LTE iWatch this morning because of this deal. The video games came with the DLC codes still available (Assassins Creed Odyssey, Destiny 2 etc.) with two still in shrink wrap that was slightly tethered. My AirPod pros came in perfect condition with a full year Apple warranty and looking to have a similar experience when I receive my iWatch later this week.

VIPOutlet offers a 90 warranty and a 30 return period when returned in its original shape. Reading experiences other peeps on SD it sounds quite painless to return even if you just want to return them for no specific reason.
