Some of the pictures on this listing (as with most LED strips) are pretty heavily photoshopped and misleading. Many pictures seem to show addressable ("dream color" or "horse-race") LEDs, in which individual or groups of LEDs can be called to show specific colors and patterns (e.g. chasing rainbows). Closer inspection reveals that these are just standard RGB strips that cannot display more than one color at a time. (for reference, this [youtube.com]is what addressable LEDs look like)
The pictures also show LED strips with two different densities: both 30 and 60 LED/m. The strips sold in the listing are all 30 LED/m (150 per 5m strip). Just something to keep in mind—the package will include two strips of 150 each.
For someone just looking to throw some color up on the walls, this is a good buy when you consider it's a full kit and is Prime. But if you're willing to put in a little work and don't mind waiting for delivery, you can get double the LEDs for close to the same price on eBay.
