FYI the 3.0AH batteries are octane a worthy boost over 4.0 non-octane.

This hammer drill has known issues of stopping too quickly, so that it loosens the chuck. Which (I assume) is why you can only buy it as part of a combo kit and not as a bare tool anymore, they are probably trying to move old kits. The 3.0 Octane batteries are amazing, and I think the 6-mode impact driver kicks butt.

I had that issue and the LSA didn't help here either, I bought it in and got it back after several weeks with the same issue but the part that holds the bit was all rust out. So I'm assuming they swap that out thinking that was the issue. Mad
