As in? They are very reliable and the provide average to very good performance, used tons of them in low end computers to medium end gaming computers for people who didnt need a name brand Samsung or would ever notice a difference/care. Price wise this seems like a great buy. I used a few in my own gaming computers at the house too. Not a single one has failed in over 5 years now that I been told or have experienced.

I dont believe so, the prices on these drives have been as low as $34 a while ago on the 480 version. The average sales price is right around this price when they do go on sale.

For intesnsive multi tasking it makes sure the SSD does not get overloaded slows to a halt is probably the easiest way to explain it.

Honestly from my own experience I used one as a steam gaming drive for almost 2 years and I never had any issue of the 480GB first than later 960GB version I believe it was. Disclaimer prices are getting way closer than they used to be between Dramless and Dram drives but there is still about a 20% gap. Back when they first started launching Dram enabled drives the gap was almost a 50% difference.

Also for most average users who dont game they will never notice a difference if one of these will be a main drive. If anything they will see the huge improvement of load times and start up times on the computer.

Both drives are dramless and in my experience Adata has not a single failure for me out of about 10 drives I purchased so far in about 5+ years.
