Thanks for sharing. I'm happy to see foldable phones advancing nicely. Personally, it's still a bit too early for me to get one and I'm happy with my Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra. I may get a foldable phone in one or two years.

I don't see it for $1499. Looks like the amount is tied to trade in

Ya they downgraded the values from the note 20 deal. Now the S20 is only $470. The phone was 1,000 at launch. If they offered $650 I was fully intending to buy but come on...

It is not 1500, especially considering the fact that the trade in values they give you for your phones is considerably less than what you can sell it for.

On a side note, Im suprised they are giving even less preorder credits than the note 20.

Less margin than the Note.

with Edu discount of $133.75 and Note 10+ trade in the price drops to $1387, Watch 3 + Buds live bundle is discounted to $228.75 (retail price of $599, discounted by $370).

The total with tax for me is $1754, but the real out of pocket with Note 10+ fair market value of about $500 = $2250.

It's only a luke warm deal if you are in the market for this fold and don't like the hassle of selling your current phone on your own..

with referral, cash back & cancel trick the deal can become a warm deal.

You have to be high to pay this much for a phone. Better be making over 500k a year or.... a fool and his money are soon parted

$500 is my limit. This is what'd you pay for a serious workhorse computer or DSLR.

This looks like a phone for business execs on the company's dime.

In the last 3 years, yes. Traditionally, no. If you want a long answer, I can share my complete cell phone usage history going back to when I was a teenager... lol.

Update: I'm sharing my personal tracking of all the cell phones I've ever used as my daily driver. This is the first time I'm sharing this publicly.

I got a V60 as a stop gap 5G phone but agree, can't wait for screen tech to catch up enough to be durable. Folding phones are the future.
